While I trust you guys and will be Ok with it of you want to use physical dice and just post the results, a virtual dice feature is available on this forum.
To use it, simply click the dice logo in the Add Tags section. You should get this (Remove spaces, they're there to show you the code):
[ dice=6 ]
This will give you 1D6:
[dice=6]
You won't be using these, as Fallout PnP uses D100s. Delete the 6 and replace it with a 100.
[ dice=100 ]
You should get a D100 now.
[dice=100]
You can also give it positive modifiers by putting +whatever the modifier is. EG:
[ dice=100+10 ]
[dice=100+10]
This might get a bit confusing though, so I suggest not doing that. Instead, I'll apply your modifiers once you roll.[rand=52343208566947422174574655791217750554606410406048379191581213954]
