Hey, I figured I'd go ahead and make a general thread for this, so that we don't have a million of them floating around out there, and to keep the info thread from getting clogged up with questions, in case there was more that you needed to add later on.
Anyway, my first question is whether you want us to use the character sheet you provided, or if it's okay to copy the items on the sheet and throw them into a text-based format. The reason I ask is that I don't really have the means to fill out the character sheet as it is right now... I don't have a working printer or scanner, so I was just going to copy the fields into a notepad document and post them up that way. Is that all right with you?
My second question is--and it's not really that urgent or important at the moment--if our character bites the dust and we want to introduce a new character into the plot, is this going to be allowed, and if so, will that new character start at Level 1, or will you make allowances based on the levels of the other characters in the group?
That's all I've got for now. Thanks, man!

Good idea on the thread. I'll sticky it.
1. I'd prefer you used the character sheet, but if you can't then putting it into a text based format is perfectly acceptable. Just make sure it's understandable before posting (sometimes the formatting gets messed up, as I'm sure you're aware.)
2. The latter option sounds best. If I were to make you create a level 1 character to join a level 20 party, you'd probably have to make a new one every few days. New characters joining an existing party can start at the same level as the lowest level character in the party. To reflect the higher level, I'll give you some extra points to work with, and some free perks if applicable.

I was thinking it would be easier to put it text format becacuse it's not an editably PDF it's hard to update it without something like photoshop.

This is true. What I usually do with PDF character sheets is put them in Paint and edit them that way. If you'd rather use a text format, that's fine. I'll see about knocking one out.

Alright. I have most of my stats and description decided. I'll have a character ready soon, after I go to sleep.

Character sheet thread is up. It contains the PDF, image files and text version of the character sheet. I'd reccomend using the image file and editing it in Paint or some similar programme.

Might be a good idea to not lock the character sheet thread, that way people can quote the text version so the formatting stays that way.
